At Remember2Shop Marketplace, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

1. Eligibility​

• We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order under these conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items

• Custom or personalised products

• Used or opened items (for hygiene reasons)

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

To request a return:
Email support@remember2shop.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Return Process

• Email support@remember2shop.com with your order number and reason.

• Provide photo proof of defect/damage.

• Approved returns must be shipped back via Courier Guy with tracking.

3. Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.​
