At Remember2Shop Marketplace, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

1. Eligibility

• Clothing may be returned within 7 days if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Electronics (Lensora, Tonal Effect) must be returned within 7 days if defective.

• Cleaning products and consumables (Soak N Scrub, Remember2eat food) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

• Beauty & hygiene products (La Belle Beauty Bar) are non-returnable if opened or used.

2. Return Process

• Email support@remember2shop.com with your order number and reason.

• Provide photo proof of defect/damage.

• Approved returns must be shipped back via Courier Guy with tracking.

3. Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
